I'm getting an "Error 250" message from QLink when I'm trying to scan. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but the problem persists. Can anyone help?

In order to solve the issue, I suggest you download and run RegCure Pro. From what it seems, this error is caused by some corrupted registry and this utility should fix it. If it doesn't help, navigate to Lexmark official web page and download and install the latest drivers available for your scanner model.
Yes, QLink is compatible with Windows 10.
